1966 Mercedes 230s Replacement Guide

Anyone have a DIY Windshield replacement guide for the front and back?

All the doors weather seal need replacing, anyone know where to get them?

Also know anyone who work on this car in the Bay Area?

You can get the door seals at this place: Antique and Vintage Mercedes Parts - K&K Manufacturing - MI but you will need deep pocket$

Moderators frown on posting external part sources in the forums.
There are tons of posts and YouTube videos on windshield replacements, if you can't manage a quick search, maybe the job is going to be too hard for you. There's tons of places in the Bay Area. Assuming you mean S.F. Bay Area, you might want to narrow down your preference because it is a vast landscape.

I purchased all of my replacement rubber from the Mercedes Benz Classic Center in California.

Before you buy check out Ebay. Or put a 'wanted' ad in the parts wanted section on this forum.

I knew a guy that was going to replace the door seals on his 250SE. The price for new ones was through the roof! But at least they were available.

He found a set on Ebay off a car that was being parted out. They were still in great condition and with a little chemical magic they were bought back to near new condition. At least near enough for who it was for and he paid about ten cents on the dollar for them.

Hopefully someone who has done this on a 230s can chime in here on how hard these are to replace. On the 250se they just went right into place. The rubber was already 'formed' to the space so lining up the corners was easy. After we pushed the rubber on and made sure it fit all the way around we went back and applied a little glue, which was some 3-M adhesive, and everything looked great.

You might check on Pelican's site for the adhesive. I think we had to go to a professional body shop supply in Dallas before we found the right stuff.
