Caring for W108/109 Cognac Leather

I was very pleased with Leatherique products on my late 1990 300CE but I am wondering if there should be concern with using them on a 1972 280SEL 4.5 with cognac leather as it may remove the "spots".

Thoughts?

The owners of Leatheriquue did a seminar for the M-100 group during the 05 meet and this was one the questions asked. The response was to be very gentle and use a soft cloth anything else would remove the red dots from the surface.

These guys should be responsive you contact them and ask directly.
