FYI, last Dec. I purchased my first Benz, a 1985 190E. It needed quite a bit of work(sunroof was a B*tch); however, thanks to member's help & this forum's parts links, and yes, ebay; she is once again a very comfortable & competent 55 - 65 mph coast cruiser. I still have a antenna switch wire to trace down & the pass. rear window motor/switch to fix; otherwise, 95% done.

Recently, I have stumbled across to MB's that are available for an extremely reasonable price(read Cheap!). I am not familiar with either model and kindly ask for your opinions please. One is a 1983 380SEC, the other a 1986 560SEL. I know they are kinda Apples & Oranges but my question is: Are there known problem areas for these models that I should be aware of or stay away from? Any ideas on mpg? Thank You!
