'96 W210 alternator replacement

So, the battery discharge light is on. I cheked V at the battery with engine running and its a little over 10V (and dropping). My alternators been squeeking since the car overheated a few months back, and now I'm paying the piper. I've ordered a 115amp Bosch remain and its in the mail. Before I jump in, do I need to purchase any special tools to pull this alternator? It appears that I should tackle it from the bottom. Can someone grace me with a few tips to speed this process up. Its Christmas time, im behind in all number of payments and I cant afford to have this car out of commission for anymore than a day. Any help is greatly appreciated!
