K-tronic Fuel injector seals
I started looking through the engine manual (117-985) on my 1980-450SL in anticpation of changing the seals on the bottom of the K-tronic injectors. In reviewing the manual it appears that I can not loosen the fuel lines on top without cutting the hose and then using a hose kit????
Has anyone done this? I thought it would be as simple as lifting the injectors, changing the seal and replacing. I don't won't to start something as a precautionay measure only to create a problem..... Thanks Eric

I think you unscrew the connections, and remove the clips and pull the injectors out. You may have to remove some other stuff especially on the left side to get them out.
