for anyone thats heard, but not seen the "smoky mountains"

this is the scene from my moms back yard this AM at approx 8-AM.
this fog (thus "smoky") will take several hours to burn off.

the garden spot is along the fencerow. farmhouse across the field.
used to be horses there, but not any now for 2 years.

birds and rabbits are already busy this morning.

we leave some low lying tomatoes around so the rabbits dont get the best ones!

my mom has only been here about 5 years, but
the neighborhood has turned out to be very nice.

good neighbors, and feels VERY safe with the show of officers.
sheriffs chopper pilot next door, and female city officer across from him.
the pilot works rotating shifts, so cruiser is around odd hours and days.
retired county officer next door on the other side. st trooper at end of block.
