1977 280SE: Silver/Black, 100% complete parts car. He bought it from the original owner for his son to drive. The son wasn't keen on automobile maintenance thus one of the camshafts wore irregularly and the car began running very poorly. They took it to a garage and the mechanic checked it out but never completed the work and the car sat at his shop, forgotten about for five years or so. Prior to my friend's purchase of this vehicle, the original owner spent around $4,500 on a new radiator, new exhaust, new calipers, etc..etc...all done at Vin Devers Mercedes-Benz in Toledo, Ohio. The car does have new front fenders (also done at the dealer's bodyshop) but they are now rusty along with the rest of the car. The paint is actually astonishingly nice for its age and the time it spent sitting outside. Anyhow, $500obo takes the whole car. From what I know about the engine, it does at least need one cam and I think the ball studs for the rockers need to be shimmed but I am not certain. Anyhow, he's moving to Georgia and needs to sell this car quick. Tires are fine so it can be towed anywhere.

Also, the interior is in pretty decent nick. All original, good wood trim and all complete. I think the car has around 90K on it.
