This was not a junkyard find, it was in my car. A hit in the driver's side made it not worth repairing, so I saved all of the pieces, ... until now. The engine ran well and transmission shifted well, no smoke, good starts, nice engine:

603.960 engine, basically has the turbo, head, and injection lines removed, I am planning to remove the IP unless it is purchased with the engine. Manifolds included, alternator, PS pump, starter included. Belt tensioner removed. The cylinder bores are in excellent condition, crosshatching clearly visible and no scuffing shows. The car did have 247k on the odometer, hard to believe there is that much on the engine though, maybe so.

'87 300D Transmission from same car, worked well, still attached but I will remove if sold separately, with torque converter.

'91 350SDL transmission, had a fresh fluid/filter change, now empty. 250k on the clock on this car, I bought the car for the head and am getting rid of what's left.

Six pistons & rods from 603.970 engine, make a low offer, just to make it worth packing and shipping.

The big stuff is difficult or impossible for me to ship, it's in my garage where there is no forklift nor pallet equipment, so if you have a method for picking up an engine or transmission, I'm "all ears" and will make you a deal. Lots of other stuff for 124 mostly, figure I'll probably help pack a truck or trailer to get it out of here, I can be really flexible if you're buying/taking enough stuff. Feel free to PM me, thanks.
