I bought the wrong one. Fits 70 liter tanks and perhaps others. PM me or post trade/cash offers for consideration. It's used but clean inside and out. It works fine too. It just wasn't made for my model.

I don't know enough about my car to say for sure if it will work or not. I already got burned on one from E-Bay that didn't work.

If you or someone else can confirm for me that it will DEFINITELY work in my 1981 300 SD, maybe we can talk.

I can say with almost complete certainty that my sender will not fit your 300SD. Based on the part number, this thing was first used in 124 models which, I think, came out in the mid 80's. Sorry. It's still available by the way.
