I would think the three head flanges and turbo flange would need to be pre-cut.

Make it with a GT2056 flange

Here is a stock T3 flange:

Anyone else interested in a set, I know it will depend upon price and quality. If I make more than my own set, I will have to run the bending thru the shop. I will sell them at cost, which should be fairly low, depending on how many bends it will take.
Diesel kid can make the head/turbo flanges---if he doesnt already have a program scanned, I think he does stainless too. theres a thread---"need something fabricated" by dieselkid

Are you willing to post the technical specs for the parts produced? I wouldn't mind helping to throw a cad model together. An open-source performance manifold would be pretty darn cool.

Edit: I don't want to steal business from dieselkid (he's probably got a faster turnaround than me) but I can occasionaly make/get custom parts in a pinch if needed. (read:my free time=none)

I am not trying to make any money from this project, so yes I will provide any specs I can. Any input from any of you guys is appreciated.

Bgkast, Not sure on what turbo I will use. Probably a GT2256.

If I can get the dimensions of the 2056, I could make one up just as easy.

Here's bgkast's post about the GT2056V adapter to the stock manifold. This might help. Bryan probably has a better schematic or can elaborate more on this pic.

Purple - Threaded 8mm (will have studs inserted to mount GT2056V)

I will see what I can do. I don't have mine apart yet. What is the exhaust port size? I will start checking out what dies we have once I know what the port size is so I can figure on a tubing size.

I think If I do all of this, I will run off 4 or 5 sets.
Did this header project ever get off the ground?
