Diesel injector pop pressures OM617

Hello all,
I just rebuilt a set of injectors for my 1984 300CD (OM617 turbo) with new Monark nozzles. They are popping at 2050 psi across the board. They all have the factory shim installed, and no others were added for adjustment. I know the target pop pressure is 1950 psi. My question is, do I have to take the injectors back apart to lower the pressure to something closer to 1950 psi? Is there an acceptable range of pressures for these to pop at?

Thank you all for your help!

Mbz at first had the pop pressure up like this ,it was lowered because of lack of performance, (lack of fuel), and now your injection pump is worn, less fuel, less performance ,possible also hard starting. 1950psi is about the best. Must separate injector to reset.

That‘s what I was afraid of! Thank you, hercules, for your advice! I‘ll crack them back open, and adjust.
