I recently got another alloy air cleaner housing from a member here, here was very nice and told me not to pay for it until I had it, saw and liked it :




I received it and immediately sat down and began cleaning it :



My old one, it seems the last time I replaced the rubber mounts I didn't tighten the outer one to the intake manifold, it was loose when I removed it and so broke the housing :



All done, please pardon my dirty engine :



Sadly the rubber housing to intake manifold grommet was shot, my old one too so I'm going to see if I can make an OM617 one fit .

To summarize, BE NICE ! I've given away a metric crapload of parts to others and this man treated me well, no need to be greedy here .
