1987 300sdl looking for price

Looking for a price for a 1987 300 sdl 194k new head, re built turbo,interior is in great shape. clear coat starting to peel. Car drives great,air not working.I just have too many cars and i am not driving it much. Looking for the going price. I am the second owner and all work has been done at the Mercedes dealer. Car is in Oregon and has currant tags.

I'd ask $6,950.00 for it. I would not be interested in negotiating with offers either.

Thanks guys, I also forgot it has new tires new radiator and expansion tank when i did the head.

If you have records of all the listed maintenance, then yes, around 5k is reasonable.
Bad paint can be an issue to many, since quality repaint is costly.

There was a perfect 300SDL for sale with 130k miles not so long ago, second owner, for 7-8k IIRC.

There's no price listed or mentioned anywhere in the thread, that I read. Also, the the thread is from 2016. My 17 year old '83 300SD with 305K miles sold for full asking of; $5,950.00. Condition and mileage are key. An 86/87 300SDL or 81-85 300SD with 60K or less miles would garner a nice $ sale. Actually, the 05/06 E320 CDIs with 60K or less are valuable $ as well. Bring A Trailer had a 06 E320 CDI with 60K that went for $12K or so.
