Mechanic needed in Greensboro NC

Does anyone know of a good mechanic for w115 and w116 diesels? I am finding it difficult to find anyone with the knowledge to work on my 240D and 300SD.

Interested in an answer to this. I am near Greensboro, pretty much do everything myself on my 300D. Not sure who to trust now. Might check with MB Greensboro and see if they know someone?

Having been at the "maintain and repair vintage mercedes benz automobiles" game for awhile, I have learned two things:

1. the more maintenance items you learn to do yourself, the less dependent on others you will be.

2. sometimes you will need to drive long distances to get your car to a competent mechanical professional who knows and understands these older vintage mercedes cars.
