Albuquerque?
See, I can do it too... Random post out of nowhere... Is there a thread on here discussing the concern about your vacuum pump that led to your ultimate decision to purchase a new one?

Well yes and no, 95E300D 5/22/15. The forum information on vacuum pumps gives info on bearings and I thought I would just order a bearing, information was 626 ZZ bearing fits. Went thru a bit of searching and found the bearing. Got the vacuum pump out but still had a bad feeling about the bearing, so I decided to post the question.
Then just to make sure I measured the bearing it was not 6 X19 X 6mm as for the 123's or older. The W124 bearing is 11 X 31 X 11mm this size cam roller would be too large for the cam and put too much stress on the vacuum pump and they are already a problem why cause more. So I edited the post just to not waste any ones time. Last edited by JRImrie; 05-26-2015 at 11:41 PM. Reason: 95 E300D 5/22/15 |
