Hello, I have 2 'challenges':

The car won't start every 10th time; turn the key and all indicator lights on dash light up, however the Starter doesn't engage. I assumed it was the safety nuetral switch, however it won't start in Nuetral. After I jiggle the shifter, it will start and hasn't left me stranded yet. I put a new battery in the key fob. Can you please help?

The windows go down fine, however going up takes about 50 clicks of the window button.

Is the car a 1996 or 1997?

If yes, then the electrial portion of the ignition switch is the most likely issue!

The battery in the key has no effect on starting the car, only the remote locking/unlocking.
