... do you have a good shop vac? just pinch off the return hose, and open the filler neck, and pressurize the tank until good solid fuel is up to the pump...
and charge the battery, and have a good engine start charger to handle all the pumping!

The interesting thing is that fuel would appear at the cracked high pressure lines, however, the engine still would not start. Mine actually cranked right up a few days back after sitting five months... only started to run the A/C for a while to keep it lubricated. Boy did it smoke like a chimney once it warmed up a bit.

The awesome 617 does not have such needs or demands. It will sit a year, start, cough, and run fine. No leaky delivery valves.
