Green fluid leaking from receiver/drier
On the 1984 300D, green fluid is leaking where the long hose that comes down the right front fender connects to the A/C receiver drier. I first noticed it from performing an examination of the engine from underneath the car. Is the A/C hose leaking?

Maybe the hose, maybe the o-rings on the R/D.
Green dye was probably added at some point. You could clean the area and check for a more precise location. The dye may be flourescent so you may be able to locate the specific source prior to waiting for a visible accumulation of oil. |

get a fluorescent pen light and yellow glasses, and see where the oil is from!
