Long Block

Includes all the machine work and assembly details plus

NEW: Pistons, bearings, oil pump, valves, lifters, bushings, timing chain, rails, tensioner, gasket set, glow plugs, pre-combustion chambers, injector nozzles. Fuel injection pump rebuilt and calibrated, etc. etc.

( note: the “Longblock” does NOT include manifolds, turbo unit, wiring, engine management, water pump, vacuum pump or any other externals )

The current retail cost is USD$7,850.00 exchange

Core deposit may be required: $700

Return core subject to inspection – if not viable add core charge of $400 for cylinder head / $300 for crankshaft

FOB: Los Angeles, CA - - freight charges may apply
Warranty is Four years or 50K miles
Available to ship in 5 days plus travel time

Note: If preferred - we can also rebuild your original engine.

Cost is the same, as every engine gets the full complete treatment so when they leave our facility they are all back to stock factory specifications.



Short Block

NOTE: the “Shortblock” is basically everything below the head gasket that is contained in the block itself.

It does NOT include the cylinder head or valve train assembly, gasket set, manifolds, fuel injection, ignition, engine management, water pump or any other externals.

The current retail cost is USD$4,200.00 exchange

Core deposit may be required: $400

Return core subject to inspection – if not viable add core charge of $200 for the block / $200 for crankshaft

FOB: Los Angeles, CA - - freight charges may apply
Warranty is 12 months unlimited mileage
Available to ship in 5 days plus travel time

Cylinder Head

Remanufactured cylinder heads include the following:

New Valves
New valve guides
New valve seals
New Valve Springs

Plus all necessary machine work including:

Pressure Test and/or Magna-flux
Surface Head gasket parting surface

Cut valve seats and Lap Valves

Thorough inspection of hardware, studs, threads, etc. etc.

Assembly of valves, springs, and hardware.

Note: These remanufactured exchange heads do NOT include the camshaft assembly ie; rocker arms, lifters, pre-combustion chambers, cam towers or camshafts.

Core charges may apply per policies.
