W140 300sd 1992 - Vacuum Diagram

HI there,
i got this benz couple months back and i had a blown head gasket, i have replaced the 3.4 with a 3.0 SDL engine and now since i removed the old engine i have also removed all the vacum lines, soooo.. i really need help on figuring out what goes where.

and another question is should i just remove the EGR and plug the holes?
