My daughter just lost a ball-joint in her car in Missouri, I'm in Indiana, ... and my spare '87 arms are in Michigan.

However, I do have a spare set of '94/'95 E320 FEBI arms here. Will '94 E320 control arms work on an '87 300TD? They are different numbers, not sure if it's just because the '94 ball-joints are welded in or what.

Does anyone know what the difference is? Will the new '94 arms be an upgrade and thus need to be replaced in pairs? Will other changes need to be made also? I'm thinking that the track and/or caster changed in the later cars.

I'm in a pinch, so any replies are appreciated.
