Need help identifying part on OM606

Fellas,
I believe I'm getting an oil leak from this part of my engine. I'm having difficulty identifying what part of the engine this is. The part in mention is a cylindrical looking metal piece, facing the passenger side of the car, and is located right above the water pump. Any ideas or help? I'd really appreciate it. Thanks,

That's your timing chain tensioner. If it is indeed bad replacement is very easy. As I recall it's a $60 part. It gets pumped up with engnie oil to dampen the timing chain.
