Ident Help: Oil lines
Hey Gang,
I've looked in my hayes book and searched all over online and can't seem to find a hose diagram for Oil lines on a 1970 280s m130 engine. I'd be forever in your debt if you could help me figure it out. Also if you can help with vaccum lines as well.. ( Manual, Dual Carb) Example: Where does this goto? |

Chunkyd:
The fitting in the thumbnail is a fuel vapor draw-off connection to the crankcase. When the system is intact, that fitting would have a hose connected to it and in turn to a hard line on the chassis. The chassis line goes to a vent valve assembly located (usually) just aft of the left rear footwell. The whole package is intended to provide a means of capturing fuel vapors from the tank. |

Frank: Thank You very much for the help! So I put this engine (m130 280s) in a 1961 220sb..The original engine (M127 i believe) didn't have this port from what i could find.
Any thoughts/recommendations as where to pipe it? |
