73 mb fuel problem

i have a 1973 Merceds 450 sl i have a fuel problum the only way it will run is if i put fuel down the throtle body i have replaced the fule injecters an the regulators and fuel pump still the same thing .Im hearing a clicking under the dash when i trun on the key .i also here the fuel pump is that some kind of relay . thank you for your time. james

fuel pump relay ,passenger side foot well above fuse box, check for problem there
Is the fuel pump the correct one, many after market pumps will not work correctly
Are you getting fuel to the fuel rail? Does the system pressurize?
