1973 Fuel Control Unit

I have a 1973 Mercedes 450sl. Does anyone know where the Fuel Control Unit is located on the car?

Fuel Control Unit??? There are a number of items that control fuel mixture on that car. If you are looking for the ECU, it is under the passenger dash.

There are many good write ups on the MB D-jetronic engines. Do an on-line search.
