steering coupler replacement w115 300D
I'm contemplating replacing the clanky steering coupler on my w115 76 300D. I've stared at it and read lots of posts on here about the topic. Most folks seem to drop the steering box one way or another. Some talked about removing the steering column instead.
Anyone have any thoughts on the topic? I'm tempted to try the steering column route. -Dan

Hmm, did this on my 107 , steering column is the way to go , and in my opinion the only way to go , removing the steering box on any of these ol gals is not for the faint of heart
