3 old finnies got together today
The weather was so nice that three of us decided to get together and visit a local golf course in Amherst, NH and shoot some photos of our three old 220's. There are two red ones (one is Pat's 1962 220b, then there is my 1964 220Sb and John's 1964 220Sb in white - he is the original owner!). Over 130 years of M-B roadwarriors on display!
Then two of us went for a nice scenic drive in the country...what more can you ask for in a nice autumn day in New England?

Yeah, I have megapixel versions but the limit on file uploading made it necessary to resize them down so they would fit on the board.

I went to a Mercedes show this weekend and had finny lust - a lot : ) Maybe I'll put my NH plate on Brunhilda? She has a Dartmouth sticker from the PO - so my NH plate wouldn't be wrong! Ann

Fintails Forever!!!!
Nice photos and those cars are beautiful! I'll bet you guys had a great time rolling around in them. The Fintails are such fine cars and so deserving of being saved, loved and driven!
Been lucky enough to have rescued 3 w110's in the last 3 years. Hoping to find a home for the silver '66 200 that I just completed. Here's a few shots of the '66 200 I did in 2005 (found it on a local rural property where it had been abandoned 20 years ealier)....

Great idea and great photos. It's been beautiful driving weather in New England recently. The leaves are just starting to change color. Seeing these cars out and about is great inspiration for the rest of us with cars up on blocks in the garage...
