For those of you around the newer cars, which engine seems to be the most reliable, and seems like it will be longer lived, the 2.6 and 3.2 V6's or the 230 Kompressor?
Do you think the Kompressor will be shorter lived, require more care, etc. or does it appear that they are about the same? Thanks in advance for any experiences that you may have seen, Larry |

I have a 3.2 V6. I think it would last longer than any 4 cylinder. Mainly because it does not have to work as hard to move the car. To me, anything that tries to 'force' more power out of a small engine (like the Kompressor) has to cost more engine wear in the long run.

The new M112 V-6 motors seem to be some of the least problematic engines that Benz has ever built!
