Unhappy old fuel line leaking

I am the proud new owner of my first MB, a 1983 300SD w/ 205.000 on the clock. I was told that it had a fuel leak when I bought it, but what the heck, life is full of chances. Anyway, It appears that the rubber hoses directly under the tank are funky. I need a complete exhaust system anyway, so I'm going to take all of that off and replace the fuel lines and brake lines.
I would like to run Biodiesel in this . Does anyone have a reccommended brand of fuel line to use? The tank looks like a complete bear to get out of its space. Should I take this out as well and pressure test it? Thanks , sorry this is so long, its my first posting

This isn't such a long post! Welcome to Mercedesshop. Ya got a name there Biobenzer?

The fuel hoses coming out of the tank are rubber coupled to a screw-in connection. They rot out fairly commonly. I'd go with the factory stuff, otherwise you're cobbling stuff together. I don't think there is a problem running other types of fuel through the factory hoses. Not an especially expensive job, the parts aren't that expensive. The REAL problem is if the steel lines rust out, that's a much worse job.
You can replace thse screw-in hoses without removing the tank, done from under the car though. Get the tank as empty as you can first, it's a messy smelly job, but not especially hard.
It's not that hard to remove the tank if you are suspicious about it holding fuel, but if it were leaking, you'd smell it in the trunk, because that's where the tank is.

Stop by your local Nappa and get the hose. I preffer high pressure hose no matter what pressure Im running because it gives me the warm and fuzzy feeling inside and I don't mess with things that are explosive. Will cost you anywhere from 4-9 dollars a foot less if you get low pressure hose.
BTW welcome
