Hello,

I am looking at buying a used 03 CLK500 and I found one for sale by a private party. This a silver CLK500 with 6500 miles and the following options: six disc cd changer and the sunroof/automatic rear sunshade package.

I looked at edmunds.com and for private party sale for this car edmunds recommends a price of $45,600 for clean condition and 46,500 for oustanding condition.

The asking price from the seller is 49,800 which seems to be way over market price.

What do you think a fair price is?
