1995 S320 pesky oil leak
I just had all the gaskets and O-rings replaced from the cam cover down to the timing belt cover. I'm still leaking a quarter size drop of oil every hour or so. I can't find the source of the leak even after cleaning the block and immediate area. Has anyone dealt with this problem or something similar?

Is it coming from the headgasket? External oil leaks from the headgasket are common on the M104 engine. The other common leak area is the timing cover, so if that was resealed, then I would look to the headgasket.

Front seals, lower covers and that pesky double tapred bolt with the o-ring in the bearing braket will leak too. The oil pan will on occassion (more likely to leak at the l/r for some reason), the oil level sensor o-rings and I've seen power steering pumps misdiagnosed as oil pans.
