I order an OEM (BEHR) radiator from this company. They beat EVERYONE (and I mean everyone) on the price. Had it delivered and my mechanic and I installed it. Alot of work. Got it in and low and behold... A MAJOR leak. Had to go to the dealership to get a new one at 2X's the price.

Called the company up and they didn't want to refund the amount! I had to fight with management to get my money back.

Just a word of caution...

Why not just buy one from MercedesShop and have it sent to your house??

Does BEHR make better quality radiators for the dealers than for the independent resalers?

Benzmac,

They promised next morning delivery (I'm in Virginia), because I needed it right away. But don't worry, I'm a loyal customer.
