Would it be okay to swap/interchange minor parts, such as vacuum pump, water pump, (not pistons or cylinder head), intake, exhaust manifolds, camshaft between
Engine Number 616 912 10 352031 B
and
Engine Number 616 912 10 356393 A

Probably you will be OK with the swaps. The cam is the only thing that sticks out in my mind. Look closely at it.
