Chrome shift surroud ?
Does anyone know if a Chrome shift surround from a 1990-190E will fit on my 300E of the same year? I would like to know before I bid on it on ebay. It appears to be the same. Thanks for your help,
Regards,

It will not fit. The 300E has a 1/4 inch longer cut-out in front of the shifter.

Yikes - that's $80. Some come up on Ebay from time to time and they cover the existing plastic ring. They sell for around $30 to $40. G-Benz, do you know if the one at performance products is a stick-on version, or does it replace the plastic bezel? If it is full replacement, then I can understand $80. If just sticks onto the existing bezel, then it's bit expensive (INMO).

Thanks black 1994 C280,
John, Yike is right I've seen those too but 80 bucks seems a little steep for a shift surround.
