replacing side marker bulbs
I have a bulb out on the front drivers side of my car. I believe it is referred to as the side marker. How do I replace this bulb? BTW I have a 1997 E420.

Craiggotgame,
If this is the light assembly integrated into the front bumper/skirt assembly, there is a little release inside the front of the wheel well you push on and the lamp assembly pops out of the bumper/skirt. The bulb is in a little socket with an o-ring seal. You twist the socket and it unlocks, then the bulb is like one of those cheap Christmas tree lights that pull straight out. The procedure is outlined in the owner's manual with a sketch of the release tab you push to get the lamp assembly to pop out. Good Luck, Jim
