99 SL Windshield Washer inoperable

Ok, I have two new windshield washer pumps, one for the headlight, one for the windshield. I don't care about the lights but I can't get the windshield pump to work. There is no power going to the connectors. Can someone copy a wiring diagram or tell me where the relay or fuse is? The fuse are all good on the drivers side. I think there is a relay but the fuse chart does not tell me which one. I really don't think its the stalk either. Thanks in advance

I'll see if I have anything for 99. Did you check ( with an incandescent test light so the circuit is loaded ) between ground and each pin and positive and each pin?

The goal is to find if ground or power is missing.

Power

Yes I did check for power on the leads and at the washer motor there is none. I still think there is a relay or fuse I am missing somewhere
