Grip Doctor from Sears or something similiar to grip bolts?

Sears used to have a product called "Grip Doctor", a liquid which you could slather the inside of a socket to hold a bolt in difficult to reach places where you cannot afford for the bolt to fall out of the socket. Sears no longer makes it, does anyone have any ideas on a liquid or substance I could place inside a socket to hold a bolt secure until I can physically reach it with my hands?

Thank you for any help, Husky

I use a piece of paper. Fold it over the nut/bolt and insert into the socket.

The advantage of using paper is when you STILL drop that stinking nut you can light the paper and use the light to find out where the li'l sumbeyotch fell! Not recommended for use on gasoline engines.
