Out of curiosity, the injection system in the M119 engine found on the 500 SL (R129) among others, is it a K or KE Jetronic ?

The early engines produced from 1989 to 92 I believe had KE Jetronic CIS fuel injection, after 92 they were made the Bosch Electronic Injection and the CIS system was no longer used. Engines with modern injection (92 onward) are much more pleasant to deal with.

Looking at an early 500 SL (r129) I was surprised to see what looked like a K fuel distributor as Porsche had dropped K for Motronic in 84.
