CLUTCH FAN - '90 300E

Working on '90 - 300E clutch fan bearing replacement. Have the distributor cap, 2 schrouds, belt, and fan blade off. Need help getting the bearing housing bolts out

Remove the viscous fan clutch.
You need to remove the whole bearing assembly.
The bolts are easy to get off. There is no gasket.

The idler pulley comes off - there is a plastic cover that must be be moved to get at the bolt head.

Make sure you label which bolts came from which location as they are different lengths.
