190E Dash Turn Signal
I just bought a 92 190E 2.3 for my wife and everything is in good working order except the for the turn signal indicator on the dash. I'm new to MB's and well do I need to take it to a dealer so they can remove the dash and replace the bulb or is it something I can do and if so any help would be appreciated as to how to remove the instrument cluster without damage.
Thanks any help would be appreciated. |

Welcome to the group. I can't say that I'm specifically familiar with the 190, but on most of these models, only the instrument cluster needs to be pulled to replace any of the bulbs in there. I'd be willing to bet that yours works about the same as the 124, and that the cluster "hooks" will do the trick. There are generally no fasteners involved with the cluster to worry about. It's just a friction fit. Use the search feature for plenty of how-to posts.
