Air pump problem

Hey! I have a 95 benz s320 and my air pump is not working. I jumped the wire to see if the air pump is not good and the clutch engaged now i check the wire connector that connect on the air pump by turning the switch on and ground a bulb tester on the chassi of the car then connect it to the positive connector that should go on the air pump socket and there is no juice. Is there a relay that control that. I checked the front and rear fuse box i don't see nothing that say air pump fuse nor relay. I have p0132 and p1131 that i keep on getting and a benz tech said it's because the air pump is not working.
