just my luck it is starting to rain and my wipers are not working, they use to work fine when i bought the car but after a while they stopped,every now and then used to work when i would turn them to position 1 they worked fine but when i quickly turned them to position 3 they would stop working but now i tried them and they dont even work i already checked the fuse and it looks fine any solutions

Check your fuses from your fuse box if all the fuses are good. Your combination relay is not good
