E320 wagon additional gas tank
I was wondering if someone turned the space from the third seat in to a additional tank for the wagon. Maybe is available to buy and just connecting it.

talking diesel ...it does not explode. And by the way is more of a safety hazard when people are using plastic gas containers to carry gas for their boats, loan motors, atv's etc... and it happened to be in the trunk. The space I am talking about is under bumper level. Meantime a lot of cars are having their tanks that way.

Isn't your tank already there?
Or is the spare there and the tank where the spare is in a one twenty three? Tom w

Mercedes still sells a small tank to fit in the spare wheel--just not in the USA.
It's a take out and pour in the normal way tank, not plumbed that is. B6 758 0038 -- you could get one from Speed Autoteile 7 liters
