Stuck Bolt in AC compressor bracket.

Hello all, I am in the middle of a motor swap, and there is one thing that is currently holding me up.....

On of the bolts on the back of he AC compressor has its head rounded out, making it impossible to get it out.

What should I do? Pound an allen into it with a hammer?

Undo the AC lines, and kill my awesomely working AC?

Weld a nut onto it???

I need some help, so I can get things moving along again... This is the only thing stopping me from pulling the motor...
