300 sel again!

Ok my 1991 sel 103 6cylinder.

Starts great. Has all new plugs, filters ect..

When cold runs ok but whenarm I press the gas the vac gauge goes all the way up and will not exellerate, unless I push it to the floor and stalls for a minute then takes off. I also have injector seals to put in.

Replaced the kick down cable it was broke have a vacuum modulator for tranny that needs to be put in. Put synthetic all the fluids..ect..ect...

It sounds like a vacuum leak but have relaced all the lines it's driving me insane....
Please give me a starting point the fuel punp was replaced a few years ago, like 3 years ago.
