'01 E430 Starting Problem

Drove My car to class at noon, got back in it at 8pm started with no problem. Stopped to eat for 15 min, and the car wont start. Turns over fine, even tried jumping it didnt help. Today is the coldest day in Arkansas. Any Help would be appreciated.

Most likely a bad crankshaft sensor. common failure

True, but don't overlook the camshaft position sensor, especially if the problem occurs hot or cold.

IT it was the crank position sensor. Thanks guys. This site is awesome. glad i found it.
