The FastLane part is also about 1/2 the price of the dealer part, if it's any consolation. If that's the route you choose, you'll still probably come out ahead versus having to pay for diagnosis AND parts. But again, it's your gamble. Remember, be sure to thoroughly vacuum and wipe the air cleaner box and any tubing leading to the MAF - you might consider washing and blow drying with a compressor like I did, since rags can often leave lint. Then use a brand new air filter and you should be fine.
