Well, thanks for that note..
..but I am actually short and impatient...but I just don't want to quit a post until the answer to the problem is found..regardless of what my Helper is doing on the other end to curtail the diagnosis..

it is pretty hard to vote for one. it depends on what i have a question about. I would estimate that there are at least 20 folks who regularly help me with areas of information that i am not experienced in.

and on the open forum there are guys with expertise in things i have trouble saying for pete's sake!

it is a lot like asking a father which is his favorite child.
