Recently (yesterday) my car has started to jolt a little when coming to a stop. The transmission shakes when it downshifts into the the lowest gear as I come to a stop. It happens most of the time but sometimes if I come to a stop really slow it does not do it. It also shakes when putting into drive from reverse gear.

Every other shift is smooth as ever. Could this be the flex discs? Any help is appreciated.

I think the first thing I would look at is the transmission mount, sounds like it is broke.
