oil pan, fuel filter

I have an 89 300 TE, I want to change the oil pan gasket and the fuel fliter.
Can I pull the pan right off or do things have to be removed first?
What is the torque for the pan bolts?
Where is the fuel filter located??
Thanks in advance
kchemers

The pan gasket is not exactly a DIY job. The engine needs to be jacked up a few inches, and you need quite a bit of clearance to lower the pan at the front. If you have a lift to work on it's no big deal, but if you're on your back it'll be a PITA.

Fuel filter and fuel pump are under the car forward of the right rear tire toward the center of the car ... basically directly below the right rear passenger seat. A black plastic cover protects these components from road grime.

You'll drain your fuel tank if you don't have special hose clamping tool.
